Terms of Service

Milktrap is the creative motion division of PixelPlay Consulting LLC (“Milktrap,” “we,” “us”). These terms cover our website at milktrap.com, the private proposal pages we send, and the motion assets we sell. By viewing a proposal or making a purchase, you agree to them.

What we do

We produce short motion assets (looping video heroes and animated graphics) for websites and product pages, sold as one-time deliverables. We sometimes prepare a finished sample for a specific company and share it on a private proposal page before any conversation.

Proposals and demonstrations

A proposal page is a private demonstration prepared for one recipient. Everything shown on it (including any video, poster frame, and source markup) is a hosted demonstration, not a transfer of files. Viewing a proposal creates no obligation to buy. Nothing is charged and no account is created unless you complete a purchase.

Third-party names and brands

A proposal may display a recipient’s name, logo, existing copy, or website imagery solely to illustrate the proposed work. Those materials remain the property of their owner. We claim no rights in them and use them only to show what the work would look like in context.

Price and payment

Each proposal states a single, one-time price. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; we never see or store your full card details. There is no retainer, subscription, or recurring charge unless separately agreed in writing.

Ownership and rights transfer

The footage and source files remain the property of PixelPlay Consulting LLC (trading as Milktrap) until payment is received. On receipt of full payment, all commercial rights to the purchased asset transfer to the buyer, permanently and worldwide: yours to run, re-cut, and re-edit without limit, with no licence to renew and no attribution required.

Revisions

Unless a proposal says otherwise, one round of revisions is included for two weeks after purchase: a different take, grade, or length. Larger changes are quoted separately before any work begins.

Refunds

Because rights transfer on payment and the deliverable is a made-to-order digital good, sales are final. If something is wrong with what we delivered, email us and we will make it right.

How the work is made

Our motion assets are produced with modern AI motion tools, directed and graded by hand. We represent them honestly as such.

Availability and changes

Proposal pages are time-limited and may be taken down after the expiry date shown on them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to a purchase is the one posted here at the time of that purchase.

Liability

We provide our website and work on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelPlay Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or assets. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
