MilkPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what Milktrap (the creative motion division of PixelPlay Consulting LLC) does with information when you visit milktrap.com or a private proposal page we send you.
The short version
We collect as little as possible. Our proposal pages run no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies. We don’t build profiles on you, and we don’t sell or share your information for marketing.
What we collect
- If you email us. When you reply to alan@milktrap.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to respond and to discuss the work.
- If you buy. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which collects and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive an order confirmation and your contact details, not your full card number.
- Standard server logs. Our host (Vercel) automatically records the basic technical information any website needs to be served (such as IP address, request time, and browser type) for normal operation and security. We don’t use it to identify or track individuals.
What we don’t do
As the proposal pages stand today, there is no analytics and no watch-time tracking: we do not measure whether or how long you watch a video. If that ever changes, we will update this page to state exactly what is measured before turning it on. We also use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
Cookies
The pages set no tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly what your browser needs to display the page.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you at any time. Just email alan@milktrap.com, or use the “Don’t email me again” link in a proposal’s footer.
How long we keep things
We keep email correspondence and order records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here.
